The College of Law holds a scientific symposium on ensuring the stability of the legal base and its applications
The College of Law, University of Karbala, held its virtual scientific symposium entitled Ensuring the stability of the legal base and its applications. The symposium included three lectures that were broadcast on the Google Dead program over three continuous days, starting from Friday 11/12/2021 until Sunday 13/12/2021. It includes both M.D. Moataz Mahmoud Al-Mamouri and M. Hawraa Ali Hussein.
The symposium aimed to show that the legal rule is characterized as a general, abstract and binding rule of social behavior, and among the guarantees of its stability is the penalty imposed by the legislator on those who violate its provisions. Formal, including unified rules and attribution rules, including imperative rules and others that are complementary or interpreted. The symposium concluded that one of the important applications of the symposium’s topic is the right of custody and the expected fundamental amendments to it, as well as the phenomenon of clan squatting and the penal sanctions imposed on this criminal act.
